Isometrify
A downloadable tool
Isometrify is an extension for Aseprite that turns front-facing pixel art into an isometric starting point.
You draw the object from the front, select the layer, choose how it should be generated, and Isometrify creates a new sprite with the front, top, and side surfaces already constructed. The result is still normal pixel art, so you can continue editing it, clean up individual pixels, change the shading, or adjust the shape however you like.

For furniture, crates, cabinets, shelves, buildings, machines, and other objects made from mostly straight surfaces, the Rectangle algorithm will usually give the cleanest result. It breaks the drawing into connected rectangular forms and constructs them as isometric shapes while keeping their relative positions.
This is the standard algorithm and the one I would recommend trying first for most game props.
You can change the depth of the object, adjust the brightness of the top and side surfaces, choose the output canvas size, and decide whether the result should face left or right.
The generated sprite also keeps the palette and other relevant settings from the original sprite, so you can continue working with the same colours immediately.
Isometrify also includes an experimental Extrusion algorithm. Instead of building the object from rectangular forms, it extrudes the complete silhouette.
This can work better for objects with more irregular outlines, such as instruments, signs, weapons, decorative props, or shapes that do not fit neatly into rectangular sections. The top surface may require more manual cleanup, but the overall silhouette can sometimes look smoother and closer to the original drawing.

Different objects can produce very different results, so both algorithms are included. Try both and use the version that gives you the better starting point or requires less cleanup.
Isometrify also works with pixel-art text.
You can write a title, logo, sign, or wordmark from the front and turn it into a three-dimensional isometric version. This can be useful for game titles, UI elements, shop graphics, thumbnails, signs inside a game, or any other stylised text.
